Since I was in college, I’ve had the idea that there should be a software program that combines Aspen, PDMS, Fluent, and CAESARII into one tool, allowing for a comprehensive simulation of a device’s conditions – showing simulation results from various aspects such as process dynamics, flow fields, pipelines, and stresses. It would be great if interlocks and DCS systems could also be included in such a program. It sounds pretty amazing; I wonder if it’s feasible, and whether any company might develop it.
Put them inside an operating system, treating the operating system as the software you need
What’s the point then? Isn’t it just like this now?
Future. . The most futuristic simulation software – none of these features matter. It’s rather conceptual, such as artificial intelligence.
I’m quite superficial; I just imagine little gadgets for work, you know, things that are smart or something. I don’t understand much about that, so please forgive me.
Companies were already working on this idea 10 years ago; I think the software was called AutoPlant.
