Does anyone know of any sulfuric acid system simulation systems for training operators and others? Thank you for following and sharing!

The key is to figure out which company does a good job; just invest money if that’s the case. The concern is that no one will take on the task, or that it won’t be done well
I haven’t worked on the sulfuric acid system; I have worked on ALK and SAR. It’s alkyl sulfate production and waste acid recovery. Sulfuric acid is used in it. In the simulation, the NRTL thermodynamic approach can be used for the sulfuric acid and water system, with the binary interaction parameters adjusted to achieve mutual solubility between sulfuric acid and water.
