High resistance in the benzene removal tower; request for analysis

Our plant’s benzene removal tower is a D1800 circular bubble-cap tray tower with 30 trays. In April of this year, maintenance was carried out on the benzene removal tower; after all the trays were removed, some of the bubble caps fell off. Those damaged bubble caps were welded back in place and reused, while several trays that were severely corroded were replaced. After operation started, the tower resistance remained high: the pressure at the bottom of the tower was around 50 KPa, the pressure in the middle section was 21 KPa, and the pressure at the top of the tower was 1–3 KPa. I would appreciate it if experts could analyze this situation to determine whether there is a problem with the way the trays are installed. I also need a diagram showing how the trays are arranged, preferably one that details each layer of trays along with instructions on how they should be installed. Thank you!
