Will the cooling water be insufficient with this configuration?

The workshop is arranged with condensers of three different sizes from south to north: 4 condensers with a capacity of 200 m2, each with DN80 diameter; 3 condensers with a capacity of 150 m2, each with DN65 diameter; and 3 condensers with a capacity of 10 m2, each with DN40 diameter. Two pumps, one at the southern end and one at the northern end, supply water to these condensers; both pumps use pipes with DN125 diameter. The return water flows through pipes with DN125 diameter, which then connect to a main pipe with DN425 diameter. I think it simply won’t work.
Based on the heat exchange area, the main inlet pipe is too narrow; a water storage tank can be installed.
Now it is changed to three groups, with three inlet and return lines, all of DN125
