To increase the popularity of the purified area, a \"One Question per Day\" campaign was launched to foster an active atmosphere for technical exchanges while offering members certain financial rewards. (Fellow sea friends, if you have any good questions, feel free to send them to me; let’s work together.) 【Daily Question】 What are the required specifications for the purified transformed gas? Please reply with your answer in the comments; answering correctly earns you +2 wealth points, while getting all answers right grants an additional +3 to +8 wealth points. Those who provide a thorough analysis and explanation of the question or answer (or include detailed calculation processes) will receive extra wealth points as a reward. If your answer is correct and your analysis is accurate, it will be marked as the best reply (or the best assistance). Feel free to answer the questions. H2S+COS
H2S content is less than 50 ppm
Hydrogen cyanide content < 100 ppmvol
Requirements for the parameters of the purified transformed gas (CO: 0.5%)
CO2 ≤10ppmv, total sulfur <0.1ppmv, CH3OH ≤25ppmv; recovery rate of H2+CO ≥99.6%; temperature: 30℃
Temperature less than 40, pressure less than 2 MPa
At a pressure of 4.0 MPa, CO is typically around 0.4%, with a water/dry gas ratio of ≈1.2
The hydrogen sulfide content is ≤0.1 ppm, and the carbon dioxide content is around 2.7%.
