I currently have a team for installation work, and I want to register an electromechanical installation company. How should I go about this, and what are the requirements? How is credential affiliation carried out? An experienced observer, please share some advice. Thanks.
Just having an installation company is not enough – there is a need for qualified technical personnel, relevant experience, and sufficient registered capital.

To register a company, you can do so at the local industrial and commercial authorities at any time, as long as it complies with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. For applying for company qualifications, you can refer to Order No. 22 issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, namely the \"Regulations on the Management of Qualifications for Construction Enterprises\". Based on your capabilities (professional staff, equipment, registered capital, etc.), you should submit an application to the local construction management department.
