How to draw the lower limit of the red line on the pressure gauge at the pump outlet

I know how to mark the upper limit on the outlet pressure gauge when a pump is in operation. Could you please advise me on how to mark the lower limit on such a gauge? What was used to draw it? When the outlet valve of the pump is opened to a certain extent, the noise level of the pump increases; it emits a rattling sound. How can this point at which the noise changes be determined?
