The large bearings and stuffing boxes of the pressure filter and rotary shell-and-tube dryer in PTA plants require lubricant to be applied several times a day. Currently, this is done manually or using pneumatic lubrication pumps, which is a time-consuming task; moreover, lubricant must be added frequently even at night. Does anyone use an automatic lubrication system?
I was wondering if you could design a pressure injection device by yourself? It’s convenient for you.

Most of them are almost dead; they all use automatic fueling – manual filling is only done by specialized personnel
The air-cooling fans and motors here are equipped with automatic lubrication systems, and the lubrication oil cartridges are replaced as needed
