The level of the double-flange level gauge is always at 100%
Is there no on-site level gauge for comparison?
Check whether the bottom of the level gauge is blocked.
The diaphragm is clogged; remove it and rinse it···
Close the one-way valve and open the drain valve; check whether there is any change in the transmitter output, and verify that the settings are correct.
If it remains at 100% continuously during normal use, and it is confirmed that the pressure guide tube is not blocked, then the transmitter is damaged
When measuring in corrosive media or those containing crystalline particles, with high viscosity or prone to solidification, in order to address issues such as corrosion or blockage of the pressure transfer lines, the flange of the differential pressure transmitter is connected directly to the flange on the container. The sensing element, namely the metal diaphragm box, is connected to the transmitter’s measurement chamber through capillaries. A silicone oil fills the closed system formed by the diaphragm box, capillaries, and measurement chamber, serving as a pressure transfer medium that isolates the transmitter from the medium being measured. What the poster is referring to is that the gauge always shows a full liquid level; first, check the diaphragm box, capillaries, and silicone oil, and then examine the gauge system and gauge cables, etc.
