The willingness to do things, the ability to do them, and the skill to do them. First, the willingness to do things refers to the mental attitude and drive to be proactive and persistent in serving a cause with loyalty and in realizing one’s own life values. Those who are eager to take action regard their careers as the foundation of their lives and find great joy in their work; they have high aspirations, a strong sense of dedication, and the courage to strive for excellence and to innovate. To determine whether a person is willing to take action, it depends on whether they have the initiative to do so. A manager who is “desireous to achieve things” must possess a passion for working hard, be loyal to the company, feel grateful, and have a strong sense of dedication and drive. Such a manager should completely reject the wrong mindset of being complacent and unproductive, or of focusing only on avoiding mistakes rather than making achievements. They should be willing to take on challenges, and be responsible, confident, productive, and contributive to the development of the company. II. The ability to get things done is a skill, a level of competence. To be able to get things done, the key is to have execution ability and practical skills to put work into action. A person who is capable of getting things done is first and foremost a person who wants to do so; the desire to act is the prerequisite for being able to act, while the ability to act is the concrete manifestation of that desire. Those who are capable of getting things done possess forward-thinking abilities, are good at observation, diligent in thinking, have active minds and unique insight. They take proactive actions, dare to innovate and are skilled at it, are willing to break conventions, are bold yet careful, have a rigorous work style, are loyal to the company, and possess excellent comprehensive qualities and adaptability, as well as the ability to solve problems. A \"competent\" manager is one who has expertise in business knowledge and practical management skills, possesses the abilities to manage, coordinate, innovate, and take action in real situations; has the capacity to grasp the overall situation and handle complex circumstances effectively; and brings a long-term perspective, strategic thinking, an innovative spirit, and a risk-aware mindset. III. Being capable of getting things done means having strong skills and numerous methods, being adept at simplifying complex problems to achieve desired results. “The ability to get things done represents an individual’s overall competence, including decision-making skills, organizational coordination abilities, practical experience, and problem-solving skills. It is necessary to embrace the mindset that inaction is a fault and mediocrity is a mistake; one should not be afraid of challenges, dare to take action, and demonstrate their abilities through effective performance in tasks. A manager who is \"good at getting things done\" is one with strong problem-solving skills, capable of resolving issues effortlessly and working efficiently. Possessing an innovative mindset, a willingness to take action, the ability to avoid rigidity, and forward-thinking skills, while continuously enhancing one’s capacity to get things done. ““To be willing to work, capable of working, and skilled at working” means that we should start with our own duties, keep in step with the company’s operations, possess a strong sense of development and passion for our work. We need to think critically, act proactively, be dedicated, and foster harmony. In everything we do, we must approach it with care, attention, confidence, and sincerity. By leveraging \"knowledge, skills, and innovation,\" we can improve work efficiency, focus on achieving good results, realize our personal value, and accomplish great things.
