Gentlemen! Is there anyone in their organization that recycles the condensate from the turbine shaft seal extraction condenser to the surface cooler, or that directly feeds the exhaust steam into the surface cooler for recycling? Diagrams would be ideal; if not, please provide a detailed description. Thank you!

Are you referring to the recovery of the condensate from the extraction pump? Our facility has 3 steam turbines; the water is collected uniformly and, after passing laboratory analysis, is used as make-up water for the steam drum.
The path that leads straight to elimination. . But you can collect it first and pump it away later.
