What is a non-standard throttling device?
Non-standard throttling devices refer to those for which there is insufficient experimental data, and which must be individually calibrated after being designed and manufactured before they can be used.
Standard orifice plates and standard nozzles are standard throttling devices, while the others are non-standard throttling devices, such as elliptical orifice plates, eccentric orifice plates, Venturi tubes, etc.
