How to set the initial value of the extractant in the column during Aspen simulation of extractive distillation?

Help! ! ! I am working with extractive distillation. The extractant in the extractive distillation column is added at the beginning, not in a continuous manner. However, I haven’t found a way to set this parameter; the feeding options provided are all for continuous addition, such as a certain amount per hour. I would like to know how to set the initial conditions of the substances inside the column!
Is it steady-state distillation? If so, the amount added is the loss amount, not the circulation amount; the circulation amount is related to the amount regenerated by your regeneration tower.
This is pre-separation: the solvent is added before extraction, and simple mixing is sufficient.
