What should be considered when designing a closed-loop circulating cooling water system?
Three points should be noted: 1. Key aspects of pipeline system design? The key aspects include the method of pipe installation as well as the exhaust mechanism for the pipeline system. 2. Issues to consider when selecting a circulation water pump? The flow rate and head of the pump should be determined based on user requirements and the hydraulic calculations of the pipeline network. 3. Installation of an expansion tank? A closed industrial circulation cooling water system must be equipped with an expansion tank. This tank serves three purposes: first, it stores and compensates for the expansion and contraction of water in the system; second, it provides stable pressure to the closed circulation cooling water system, thereby helping to maintain system pressure; third, it acts as a signal source for the system’s make-up water pump – usually, it is the expansion tank that sends the signal to start or stop this pump. Therefore, in engineering design, it is necessary to take into account the water-saving and energy-saving characteristics of closed industrial circulation cooling water systems. Pipe installation should preferably involve using overhead pipes, exhaust valves should be installed, circulation water pumps should be selected appropriately, and expansion tanks should be provided in order to reduce water consumption and unnecessary energy use.
