The company is moving, and I’m struggling with whether to go with them

I work for a state-owned steel company in the interior of the country. The group company plans to build a new steel plant in a coastal city, while keeping some of the production capacity at the existing plant. The new plant is located in a remote seaside area and has a larger production capacity than the existing one. I’m now struggling with whether to apply to work at the new plant or not. I’d like to hear everyone’s opinions.
Why sign up to go? Isn’t it arranged uniformly? If you’re reused, you should go; if it’s just average, it’s up to you. Your age also needs to be taken into consideration.
Age, compensation, possible scenarios, career advancement opportunities~~~~~
It’s been only three years since graduation, so there should be more opportunities for promotion at new factories compared to older ones, but I’m not sure whether new factories can survive in the long run.
That’s right; it really does need to be thought over carefully
Go and explore the world at such a young age; if you have a family to support, it will be difficult to set out again
If you’re young, it’s better to see more things and learn more, in my opinion.
