Does the PO storage tank require a self-regulating valve or a nitrogen seal?

Our facility uses a 10-cubic-meter horizontal tank for collecting the condensed PO residues. These residues are pumped into the tank using a screw pump with an outlet pressure of 0.2 Mpa. Safety valves and solenoid valves are installed at the top of the tank to allow for emergency pressure relief. PO is a flammable substance classified as Category A/B; it has a high saturated vapor pressure and a low flash point. To ensure that the gas composition inside the tank remains uniform and to prevent outside air from entering, should we install self-regulating valves? Is nitrogen used to maintain a positive pressure environment inside the tank?
The purpose of using nitrogen to maintain a positive pressure environment in the tank with a self-regulating valve is to prevent a vacuum (negative pressure) from forming in the PO storage tank when the ambient temperature is low, as this could allow air to enter.

Friend, check whether the saturated vapor pressure of PO is greater than 1 atm at the possible storage temperatures; if it’s not greater than that, then it’s a negative pressure
