The output volume of synthetic gas fluctuated between 70,000 and 80,000 cubic meters. The only possible connection is whether the deaerator temperature is caused by fluctuations in the water circulation temperature? But isn’t it only the deaerator temperature that fluctuates by 10 degrees?

Such temperature fluctuations should not cause such large variations in flow rate; check the instruments. Apart from the pressure measurement instrument, the others are not very accurate.
If this flow rate is usually accurate, blockages in the differential pressure on the upstream and downstream sides of the orifice flow meter can cause fluctuations in the flow rate

Such large fluctuations are most likely caused by water.
