The rising pipes of our coke oven are installed on the coke side; it is a 5.5-meter rammed coke oven. Some of the bases have now developed problems and need to be replaced, but the rising pipes are located at a considerable distance from all directions. Does anyone have any good suggestions for replacing them?
What causes severe damage to the rising tube base? Could you explain it in detail? Photos would be great! !
It’s just that over time, cracks appeared, causing raw gas to leak and smoke to emanate; there’s no special reason for this.
This method is good, but the smoke exhaust vehicle needs to be modified. But things are urgent right now; are there any temporary measures, methods with lower costs?
