Is there any specification stating that the indoor elevation should be at least 150 mm higher than that of the road or the outdoor area, as mentioned by the chief engineer? ?
It should be 600 in height, right? It is included in the petrochemical fire protection codes.

First of all, the indoor elevation must be higher than that of the outside area or the road surface; otherwise, if there is water accumulation outside when it rains, won’t water get into the interior as well? Secondly, 150 mm in height is, in my opinion, the minimum standard; 200 mm or more would be more appropriate. The normal height of a step is between 150–200 mm
