Urgently seeking the testing methods for the desulfurization solution in the ammonia-based desulfurization process of coke oven gas

The testing method currently in use is not correct; I urgently need the testing procedure for desulfurization using ammonia in coke oven gas. I would like to know why, when calculating the alkalinity of the desulfurization solution, sulfuric acid is used at a concentration of 1/2, and why the total alkalinity (in mol/L) is calculated as V3*2C, while the total alkalinity expressed in terms of sodium carbonate is given as V3*C*105.99. Why isn’t it V3*2C*105.99? Which expert has the test results? Please share them with me so I can use them as a reference. Thank you!
