Do any of you have any recommendations for good manufacturers of diaphragm pumps’ diaphragms? Since a large amount of diaphragms are used each year, purchasing them from the diaphragm pump manufacturers is expensive, and the quality of those diaphragms is not consistent
Just make the mold by yourself; rubber molds aren’t expensive anyway

Are the quality standards of diaphragm pump manufacturers inconsistent? Is it domestic? If the pump selection is correct, it’s best to consider choosing an imported one
There are good manufacturers of diaphragms in China. It turned out that the German pump we had been using through an agent for a long time was extremely expensive – the cost of a diaphragm alone was over 10,000. We later switched to a domestic version; it can last for a year, and the cost of a diaphragm for it is less than 1,000.
The diaphragms of diaphragm pumps are designed in accordance with the pump’s flow curve; without the permission of the pump manufacturer, it is not recommended to replace them with diaphragms from other manufacturers.
