“I have nine different styles of mixed noodles, each one absolutely wonderful. Mixed noodles, known as \"lau meen\" in Guangdong, refer to dishes in which drained noodles are mixed with sauces; sometimes additional ingredients are added as well. This dish is popular in most parts of China. In Xinjiang, mixed noodles are a traditional dish, commonly known as “lataizi”; it has different names in various regions. The main nutritional components of noodles include protein, fat, carbohydrates, etc. Noodles are easy to digest and absorb, and they have benefits such as improving anemia, boosting immunity, and balancing nutrient absorption. 1. http://p3.pstatp.com/large/bdb00084202051df248 2. Moderator, is it too frequent for me to post like this?
The moderator came to Xinjiang to see that there are many types of mixed noodles.

The original poster is from the south, but they also enjoy eating pasta. When I have enough money, I’ll go on a road trip across the country, enjoying myself while eating along the way; I don’t know when that will be Xinjiang ramen varies quite a bit across different regions of the country; some is prepared well, while others is not. Just like Shaxian, it lacks unified management; otherwise, these two would also be giants in the food service industry
For us people from Jiangsu, it’s a real treat
Why isn’t Shanxi mentioned when talking about pasta? Shanxi has a lot of pasta dishes, but they tend to go unnoticed
Apart from the scrambled eggs with tomatoes, which can barely be considered a type of Xinjiang mixed noodles, everything else is not Xinjiang mixed noodles. Xinjiang mixed noodles do not use pork; they are made with lamb, and at the very least, beef. The most representative dish of Xinjiang mixed noodles is those made with fried meat; There are also other options such as spicy skin noodles, celery noodles, chives noodles, and so on. One plate of noodles contains both the staple food and the side dishes; it’s delicious, inexpensive, cost-effective, and quick! Add two skewers of grilled meat and a bowl of hot, specially prepared rose brick tea, and it’s absolutely delightful!
