Hello, dear senior colleagues: Generally, the motors in large-scale units are equipped with internal coolers, and the cooling medium used is cooling water. Why is there no flow meter installed on the inlet pipeline of the cooler, while a flow meter is present on the outlet pipeline? 1. What are the causes of the high and very high vibration alarm for the motor shaft? What are the reasons for the high bearing temperature alarm? Why? 2. What are the causes of the low motor power alarm and the high motor power alarm? Why? 3. What are the causes of the low motor current alarm and the high motor current alarm? Why? 4. Regarding the cooling water, my understanding is that the flow meter is used to monitor the flow of cooling water, ensuring that it flows through the motor. If a flow meter is installed at the inlet and the pipeline hidden inside the motor leaks, there may be no flow at the outlet. And if the outlet flow is normal, it can ensure that the water flow is normal.
