What is the melody of life? Is it the busyness of work, the warmth of life, or the joy of moving during exercise... The pace of work is fast, but it fills every aspect of our lives ; The warmth of life brings happiness, and it also compensates for the busyness we experience at work ; The rhythm of sports is tiring, yet it brings laughter and joy to our lives and work. When we are tired from work and a light rain begins to fall, we set aside our fatigue to appreciate the gifts of nature ; When we are troubled by life’s hardships, we look up at the arrival of sunlight and let go of our impatience to appreciate the vastness of the sky. Walk to experience the tranquility of nature and the sky, run to feel the harmony of the four seasons. Let us find our goals in exercise, making every day a new beginning; all we need to do is strive hard.

I agree with you; in that case, it’s easier to become lazy once one relaxes
It can be said that a busy job is a way of life
It’s harder to keep oneself idle than to keep oneself busy!
When busy, it’s extremely busy; when free, it’s extremely idle.:lol
