Leaving design aside, when it comes to actual production operations, even after 5 years of learning one might not dare claim to have a thorough understanding of this equipment; it would take 10 years of study to truly master it. . In the end, all you’ll be able to use is this device. . The orientation of the equipment is different; once you understand that, all other chemical plants use the same type of equipment. It’s universal in use, and there’s no need for shift work – at most, only duty shifts are required. . Personal opinion; please don’t criticize if you disagree
It’s pretty good as a company benefit. It’s fine if you’re here to work as a equipment manager, but if you’re an operator, I’d advise you to look for another company.
