From http://www.beijinghuafu.com/*nwen/gsyw/311.html. Date: November 24, 2015. On November 23, 2015, an evaluation meeting for the \"non-cyclic methanation process technology\" was held at Beijing Huafu Engineering Co., Ltd., organized by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. According to the evaluation conclusions presented by Jin Yong, head of the expert group and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, this technology is considered to be at an internationally advanced level in terms of its technical aspects, environmental benefits, and energy-saving properties in the field of coal chemical engineering. It marks the unanimous approval by the experts at the appraisal meeting for the pilot project of the \"cycle-free methanization process technology,\" which was developed over nearly three years by Beijing Huafu Engineering Co., Ltd. in collaboration with Dalian Rick Technology Co., Ltd. and China National Coal Energy Heilongjiang Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. “The evaluation panel for the \"Cycle-Free Methanization Process Technology\" was composed of renowned experts in the field of coal chemical engineering. At the meeting, the experts first listened to a presentation by the project team on the progress of research and development as well as the results of on-site calibration. Through a series of intensive activities including questions and internal discussions, they conducted a rigorous, objective, and fair evaluation of the \"Cycle-Free Methanization Process Technology\". “The development of the \"cycle-free methanation process technology\" is in line with China’s strategic development policies, and it holds great significance for energy conservation, environmental protection, as well as the localization of technologies and equipment related to coal-to-natural gas production in China. The approval of this technology marks a significant achievement by Huafu Company in terms of research and development; it enables Huafu to possess another proprietary technology with independent intellectual property rights, providing strong support and assurance for the advancement of subsequent projects and enhancing the company’s capacity for sustainable development.
Is there a detailed process material balance diagram?
The so-called cycle-free methanation can only be used for coke oven gas, right? Can it be used for gasification to produce natural gas? This kind of title has a bit of a sensationalist flavor to it. It would be better to directly introduce the performance characteristics of the developed methanation catalysts, to see if they are innovative or feasible as alternatives to foreign methanation catalysts.
It’s a sixth-order reaction, right? Personally, I don’t think it’s very meaningful.
Without loops, it’s only multi-stage reactions; I’m not sure if there are any engineering applications of this
