Process design of diesel storage tanks

Hello everyone, the drawings for the diesel storage tank equipment show an inlet, an outlet, a manhole, a vent, a level gauge, and an overflow port. Do anyone else still need a high liquid level alarm? Is it necessary to install piping at the other outlet? Additionally, this diesel tank is part of the gas air-conditioning system; it has a capacity of 1.5 cubic meters and its purpose is to supply oil to the motors of the gas air-conditioning system. Please provide a detailed response; it would be great if you could include the relevant standards. Thank you very much!
