I’ve been working at this company for 6 years; my salary is a bit low. What should I do? Should I change jobs? The economy is poor right now, so what should I do? ~~~~~~~~

The key issue is that some companies still can’t afford to lay off employees; they have no choice but to wait. Hopefully, the tough times in industries related to chemicals will pass soon: lol
