EJA diaphragm capsule type issues

There are several EJA differential pressure transmitters of model 118W in the plant, installed on the spherical tanks; however, they continuously display –147 kPa, with error codes 03.07. Based on the height, the zero liquid level is -147 kPa. I suspect there is an issue with the gauge selection, but I’m not sure whether the flange diaphragm box is of type M or H. Is there anyone skilled who can help solve this?
There is also a factory-set range of 0–83 kPa.
The one capable of measuring -147 KPA is likely of the H type; the M type is a diaphragm gauge with a range of 100 KPA. @jiaguoyun
Then why is it reporting a fault indicating that it has exceeded the measurement limit of the diaphragm box? I’ve never worked with EJAs before, so I really can’t figure it out
