The chemical industry is actually quite harsh. In my opinion, the key point is that no two production units are exactly the same; therefore, when hiring, factories generally have only two types of positions: operators and chief engineers. (Of course, hiring middle managers also plays a significant role in the company’s development, as it’s important to give employees opportunities for advancement.) Unless it is a newly established factory that will hire staff at various levels, many new factories also assign managers from existing factories. Here’s the question: 1. Factory wages increase as one moves up the career ladder, so is it not advisable to change jobs in the early stages of one’s career? 2. If one insists on pursuing a career in the chemical industry, how can one improve oneself? (Chemical Engineering and Technology, second-tier university)
I think it’s really not the right time to change jobs in the early stages; after all, every industry requires a certain level of experience, whether it’s in technology or management.

In addition to reading books related to your own field, you can consider taking the Second-Level Constructor or First-Level Constructor exams, as they mainly help you manage projects. I’m currently in the initial stage of construction, but work has stopped for now; it might take 3 to 5 years before it’s completed.
