**What kind of organization is the CAAC?

Everyone, recently the company issued a tender, and one of the requirements was that only filter element manufacturers certified by the **Aviation Regulatory Commission** were eligible to bid. I’m wondering what this organization is – no information could be found on Baidu. If anyone knows anything about it, please help answer this question as soon as possible To obtain certification, what needs to be done? What are the processes and steps involved? Thank you so much!

So how can one get their approval? Are there any contact details or addresses for them? It seems impossible to find them on Baidu
The committee is headquartered at Sinopec’s headquarters in Beijing. It currently has 17 members, half of whom are from the military; the rest include personnel from CNPC, Sinopec, and airlines. The director is Bian Fengming, the deputy head of Sinopec’s Science and Technology Department, while the secretary-general is Fu Wei from the same department. It is quite difficult to obtain approval through them.
