However, the capacity of the municipal rainwater drainage system is limited and cannot meet the requirements for handling this rainwater. In such a case, could it be considered to discharge part of the water into the municipal rainwater drainage system, while discharging the remaining amount directly through the factory’s designated outlets (with roads outside the factory area)? Are there any regulatory requirements set by standards for rainwater discharge, or is it up to the municipal authorities in charge of rainwater management to decide whether it can be discharged directly into the environment?
