December is coming soon; how far away is 2016? The enthusiasm for management among those in November is generally low. Let’s give some feedback on the management this month: The two deputy editors have a limited amount of work to handle. Although you don’t have dedicated areas under your responsibility, it is still essential that you oversee supervision; you should play a role in monitoring and assisting with the management and scoring of our various sections. Outstanding moderators of November: @cflt111@RuanZhonghua @dlutyj (they will receive both a wooden award and a salary). They have been outstanding moderators for 2 consecutive months; keep up the good work, and after three months they will get a badge. Unqualified moderators in November: Northwest Solitary Goose has shown no activity this month; a reasonable explanation is requested. After showing no activity for 2 consecutive months, they should be dismissed. This month, the amount of management work carried out by each moderator was not sufficient; I hope that they will continue to strive to meet the required standards next month. The minimum requirement for moderators in the provisional category is ≥90, while for official moderators it is ≥120. Management of forums in November: 1. Improvements were made to all forums in a timely manner, but there were sometimes instances of repeated submissions. We improve the management layer to facilitate management by others. 2. Regarding scoring: moderators typically assign scores ranging from 1 to 5; please do not give high scores. In particular, the version with scattered coins should not exceed 2 points. 3. There are many paid articles; I hope that when the moderators manage them, they will remember to leave comments before making edits. 4. Some editions feature a question per day or per week; regardless of who is responsible for it, if no question is posted during a week, one should be added to avoid any lapses in delivery.
