Low inlet flow and backflow at the outlet cause noise and vibration. Adjust the anti-surge valve to increase backflow.
Reason: Failure of the turbine speed control system； Severe loss of rotation in the cycle machine caused by fluctuations in medium-pressure steam and 1.0 MPa steam pipelines ； The inlet filter is clogged or frosted over winter ； Blockage at the compressor outlet causes throttling ； There are huge changes in the composition of the gas medium, and so on ； Phenomenon: The airflow noise from the outlet pipe changes from continuous to periodic pulsating noise, with a \"hissing\" sound, or the outlet check valve emits a \"clanging\" sound. The inlet flow rate and outlet pressure of the compressor experience significant pulsating changes. The anti-surge valve opens automatically, and so on. Handling: Surge condition is extremely hazardous; immediate action must be taken once surge occurs! Adjust the opening of the anti-rollback valve according to the anti-surge control line to increase the turbine speed and flow rate, thereby quickly removing debris or frost from the filter screen. It can also be stopped immediately for handling.
