Does a DN300 elbow require a supervision certificate?

Elbows of this diameter should be made of seamless pipes and do not require a supervision certificate.
We don’t need it, right? We don’t require it when installing

It depends on the situation in which you plan to use it, as well as whether there are any welds on this elbow. If the elbow is a fitting on a pressure vessel device and it also has welds, then the original manufacturer must issue a supervision and inspection certificate. If there are no welds, then a supervision certificate is required. Of course, it depends on the local pressure vessel inspection agency; in some places, such agencies only require the manufacturing unit to have a license to produce piping components.
Without welds, a supervision certificate is not required. In the case of pressure pipelines, a supervision and inspection certificate is not required under normal operating conditions.
