Can an IR-type pump be used to directly draw the urea solution from a plastic tank into the solution tank? ? ?
Sure. However, be careful of the plastic barrels getting flattened as well as the corrosiveness of the urea solution.
It’s like this: the hydrogen peroxide is purchased from another company, and it’s likely stored in plastic tanks. When needed, the hydrogen peroxide has to be poured directly from those plastic tanks into the solution preparation tank. A pump of the IR65-50-160 type was chosen (an used one), as there was a concern that it wouldn’t be able to draw up the liquid.
Plastic tank containers have lower outlets, so it should work; the issue is determining how to connect them based on the diameter, and also the pump’s flow rate needs to be relatively low
Sure, it can be pumped; just make sure that the speed at which liquid is added to the plastic tank is fast enough to keep up with the speed at which the pump dispenses the liquid
