Determination of organochlorines

These past two days, there have been many tests for organochlorines, and it was accidentally noticed that for the same sample, the value obtained in the morning was higher, while the value obtained in the afternoon was half of that. The manufacturer says that the instrument has been in use for too long, resulting in unstable conversion rates; it’s normal for the numbers to decrease. Today, the conversion rate of the instrument has dropped to 50% directly; cleaning it with ethanol doesn’t work either. Could any colleagues give some guidance?
There could be several possibilities: failed electrolyte, contaminated electrolytic cell, carbon deposition in the main cracking tube
