The evaluation criteria for desulfurization processes are as follows: 1. The desulfurization process is suitable for the specified coal types and can accommodate possible variations in the sulfur content of coal within a certain range ; 4. Mature technology, reliable operation, and reasonable cost ; 5. The desulfurization unit is reasonably arranged, occupying less space ; 6. Lower consumption of absorbents, water, and energy, as well as lower operating and maintenance costs ; 7. The absorbent has a reliable source and is of high quality at low cost ; 8. The construction cost of the desulfurization project should be as low as possible, and the construction period should be short ; 9. Desulfurization by-products and desulfurization wastewater can be utilized or disposed of properly ; 10. Minimize the impact on the main equipment of the power plant, such as boilers, fans, ESPs, etc ; 11. Suitable for existing space conditions, site conditions, and other relevant limitations.
