I checked, and the application requirements for professional engineers in petrochemicals in Hebei Province apply to engineering and technical personnel who work in fields such as petroleum and petroleum refining, polymer chemistry, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, chemical engineering, chemical analysis, and fine chemicals. I applied for the evaluation of an intermediate professional title this year, and the process is the same as that for advancing from an assistant level to an intermediate level: a paper is required, along with other relevant materials. The results aren’t in yet; we’re waiting. . . . . .
