Why did our design institute choose such a poor-quality process package, full of errors, contradictions, and unclear statements? Are process packages usually written in such a rough and inadequate manner? Sure, process packages are all written by many professionals from research institutions, right?

These days, only speed matters, not efficiency; the managers are also distracted, focusing only on returns from projects and ignoring such things. Which professional would go through the trouble of writing them manually? In a feasible report I saw yesterday, the estimated cost for an office computer was 10,000 per unit; I think 3,000 is sufficient, at most 5,000. I’ll give one well-known example – no need to say more. Those who prepare these reports are all registered consultants; it’s hilarious. A machine that can only take exams.
The depth of the process package can refer to SHSG-052-2003–\"Requirements for the Content of Process Design Packages for Petrochemical Plants\"; if the requirements are not met, the supplier can be requested to make corrections.
The 2nd and 3rd floors have a bit of a messy atmosphere; especially on the 3rd floor. Can templates be used for preparing the construction packages? Can a registered consultant come up with it? What you're referring to might be a feasibility study.

The fire protection section refers to the basic fire protection equipment that is determined during the initial design phase based on the characteristics and scale of your materials as well as their layout; it has nothing to do with the process package. What’s most important in a process package are the three types of balance, the basic processes, the standards for operation, inspection, and quality control, and economic analysis
