Question: Should a company establish an Safety Committee or a Safety Production Leadership Team? I once heard a standardization instructor say, “Companies should establish an safety committee, rather than a safety leadership team.” But in my opinion, whether it is the Safety Committee or the Work Safety Leadership Group, their responsibilities are the same; it’s just a matter of name. Could that person give it to me? Please also provide the basis, thank you.
I agree with you; it’s just a noun – as long as the work is done well, that’s enough.
Agreed, as long as the work is done well.
The safety committee will include the workshop supervisor, while the safety leadership team will not include the workshop supervisor nor other employees with lower positions.
At the plant level and above, it is the Safety Committee; at the workshop level, it is the Safety Leadership Team
The Work Safety Law requires the work safety committee to simply comply with the regulations.
Generally, it’s a choice between two options; when evaluating standardization, the Safety Committee is required. It seems that in some places, the regulatory authorities require a leadership team; this is probably due to poor communication between different systems.
Hello, could you specify which article of the Anfa law it refers to? Thank you
What are these safety committees and leadership teams? They are just a formality required; nothing compares to what the boss says – everything else is nonsense. Who would dare not obey the boss?
