There are several temperature sensors at the site whose readings are inaccurate; I’d like to replace them. Could you, dear experts, recommend some good manufacturers?

These are all mature products; the products made by ordinary manufacturers generally meet the standards. The products from Chongqing Diyang and Zhejiang Lunte are both of high quality. Those who prefer higher precision should choose grade A products; if a precision of 0.1 or higher is required, PT1000 high-precision products can be selected. These products use digital signals for transmission, and their typical temperature error is around 0.05 degrees. It’s unlikely that the temperature resistance of a PT100 will give inaccurate readings if there is no open circuit issue. I think some of the terminals inside your junction box are loose; try tightening the 6 screws inside again. It’s also possible that the terminals or wire clips in the junction boxes or connectors downstream have poor contact.

For small orders, purchasing at the price of 0.618 times the highest price generally poses no problem. In the case of bulk purchases, seek quotes from five different suppliers, choosing those with prices at or slightly above the average level. Avoid products from the supplier offering the lowest price, as there are many ways to reduce costs in manufacturing. To meet their profit targets, such suppliers will use low-cost materials and components, which does not guarantee quality for you.
Come on, Tiankang doesn’t produce this type of component; it simply takes existing components and adds a layer of iron sheet around them. We use Haller from Germany now; just take a look and see if ours is good
Chuanyi – oh, Tianjin Zhonghuan ones work well too. The others don’t seem as effective as these two. But for PT100 sensors, it’s not necessary to use them in special locations; there’s no need for coatings or shielding, so the difference isn’t that significant
We produce high-quality products; power plants use them in large quantities
As long as the material quality isn’t compromised, that’s fine
