This is a picture of our factory’s recent turbine maintenance work. I’d like to ask everyone about the function of the small washer in the picture. PS: This washer is placed on the fixing screw of the stationary blade
It’s specified in the instructions for industrial steam turbines; this bowl-shaped washer is about 0.1 mm lower than the center line of the cylinder
I saw it once before – a steam turbine supplied by Hangzhou’s machinery units for water pumps; this convex spherical gasket seems to serve as a partition/pressure plate, with expansion clearance provided during maintenance.
