Dear colleagues, I have a question: according to the standards for equipment insulation, it is necessary to protect the moisture barrier from damage, and rivets or self-tapping screws are not allowed to be used for securing the outer protective layer. How do you handle this in the projects you work on? I earnestly request that you share your experience
Use cold ramnet and cold-adhesive.
For the metal protective layer used in insulation structures, in order to prevent self-tapping screws from damaging the moisture barrier, it should be installed with hooks, or a 20-millimeter-thick layer of felt should be added outside the moisture barrier
Cooling projects require professional suppliers of cooling materials to handle them; entities that are not specialized in cooling cannot carry out such work.
This problem is too simple; a strap will do. Our company is an authoritative cold storage company.

What system do you guys use? What materials are used for the main components, and how is it designed internally? Is it a regular-shaped container device or irregular?

They are standard-type equipment, such as towers, heat exchangers, pipes, and storage tanks. The insulation material is polyurethane or foam glass; the moisture barrier is rosin and broken glass cloth, while the protective layer is aluminum or iron sheet
