When the stirrer cannot reach it, the starch precipitates rapidly, resulting in a significant amount of starch that cannot be recovered and must be discarded, causing substantial losses. Who knows how to prevent it from precipitating? Provided that no additional equipment is added
Use an extended stirrer blade, or add a recirculation pump at the bottom of the mixing tank.
Installing an extended stirrer is a major project that’s not worth it. The latter is considering that we only need to change the piping, but production must also be halted for the work. Thank you.
