For example, if devices for detecting leaks of toxic and flammable gases are not properly installed, it will be impossible to detect such leaks in a timely manner, and thus it will be impossible to take prompt action to prevent accidents from occurring. This is the rule. 　　The laws of safe production exist in every aspect and stage of the production process; failing to operate in accordance with these laws can easily lead to accidents. From the painful lessons of such accidents, pioneers and experts in the field of safe production have compiled and summarized these laws, resulting in various laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines that guide people in their production, business operations, and daily work. In short, the laws, regulations, standards, and norms related to work safety in reality represent a manifestation of the laws governing work safety. 　　Therefore, we should not be afraid of accidents and become pessimistic or confused to the point of avoiding or being too hesitant to carry out production and business activities. As long as we strictly abide by laws and regulations related to safe production, act in accordance with the law, and operate in line with standards and guidelines, we are following the principles of safe production, and production safety accidents will not occur. Conversely, if one always ignores regulations, standards, and rules, acts recklessly and violates procedures, and is driven by greed for money, then safety will turn against such a person; accidents will keep occurring as a result of violating the laws governing safe production, leaving that person in a constant state of having to pay the consequences.
