Centrifugal compressors have a loading process when starting up; don’t they begin to draw in air and discharge it as soon as they start? What is the purpose of this loading?
Centrifugal compressors do not start sucking in air and discharging gas immediately upon startup; they begin to function only after being loaded
The capacity isn’t sufficient; a surge test is needed, I guess
Does a centrifugal compressor not start working as soon as it is turned on, with the outlet valve fully open? How can the loading control affect the various components of the machine?
When the pressure in the air compressor’s storage tank reaches the set level, it enters unload mode; at this point, the air intake valve is closed. When the air pressure drops below the level required for all equipment to operate, it switches to load mode, during which the intake valve opens and the tank’s pressure is increased.
Should the load on the equipment be at its maximum once the anti-surge valve is fully closed?
