Help recruit a safety manager

As the title indicates, the location is Ningbo, Zhejiang. The company operates in the electronics industry and has a high workforce density; however, the risks associated with it are relatively low. I’m looking for someone to fill this position. It would be ideal if the candidate has a degree in safety engineering and at least 2–3 years of relevant work experience. The role requires hard work, and it is at the assistant specialist level. The salary is around 60,000 yuan per year (the exact amount isn’t clear). Thank you. P.S. There is nothing to compare in terms of food, drink, shelter, and transportation. The person in my family has all the necessary registration certificates and extensive work experience; that’s about it. He’s also in Ningbo. I’m not sure what he’s thinking.
