The white oil tank refers to the isolation fluid storage tank in the double-end face mechanical seal flushing plan PLAN 53. White oil, also known as paraffin oil, white petroleum oil, or mineral oil. Chemical structure: This product is a mixture of refined liquid hydrocarbons obtained from petroleum, primarily consisting of saturated naphthenes and alkanes. It is produced through atmospheric and vacuum distillation, solvent extraction, dewaxing, and hydrogenation of crude oil. Double-end mechanical seals are used when the material being pumped is flammable, explosive, toxic, or otherwise such that leakage is not allowed, and high sealing requirements exist. PLAN 53 is one of the many rinsing options for double-sided surfaces. White oil can be used as an isolation fluid only when its penetration into the pumping medium does not affect product quality (and of course, it is feasible in many cases). The function of the white oil is to act as an isolation fluid in the sealing chamber; when the material being pumped leaks, it will first seep into this isolation fluid, the white oil. As a result, the liquid level in the white oil tank rises, and when it reaches a certain level, an interlock alarm is triggered. The people on site can go and fix it. . . . .
