In accordance with the requirements of GB50156, if a CNG refueling station is equipped with two fixed filling bays (18+18 m3), fixed gas storage facilities cannot be installed. So the question is: 1. Without installing fixed facilities, does the compressor have to be started each time a vehicle comes to refuel? ? 2. If the compressor is equipped with an exhaust buffer function, the exhaust buffer tank has a capacity of approximately 1 m3. Can this buffer tank be used as a fixed installation? Its design pressure is 25*1.5 MPa; the compressor should be started again only after the air in the buffer tank is exhausted. 3. If it is like in case 2, does the buffer tank built into the compressor count as a fixed facility, and does it meet the regulatory requirements? 4. Have any teachers worked on such CNG refueling projects? How did they handle it?
CNG refueling stations are divided into two categories: mechanical stations and hydraulic stations. The former are equipped with fixed gas storage facilities, allowing only one trailer to be parked; once the gas in the trailer is used up, the gas from the fixed storage facilities can be used instead. The latter does not have an air storage facility and can accommodate 2 trailers; once the air in one trailer is used up, the air from another trailer can be used instead.
There is a type of hydraulic piston compressor that comes equipped with a large exhaust buffer tank, which can store some high-pressure gas to refill the cart’s tank, eliminating the need to start the compressor every time a new vehicle arrives. But how exactly should the air storage facility built into this compressor be defined? Should it be included in the fixed air storage capacity, and is it still possible to have two fixed parking spaces? ? ?
